- Monday-Friday: Full time job, working from 9-6pm cst. No commission work will be done on these days, but I'll still reply to commission-related messages as I'm able!
- Saturday/Sunday: Split of commission work and chill time for me!

Commission Terms of Service

Last Updated: 10/25/2021- Displayed prices are subject to change due to complexity- Clear visual references and/or descriptions must be provided- Communications about commissions will take place solely through email or DMs- After completion, the client will receive both the full res and watermarked versions of their commission either through email or digital download link. If downloading from a link, the client is encouraged to download ASAP- I will not depict illegal activities, hateful imagery, or trademarked characters. Non-explicit fetish, artistic nudity, violence, and gore will be considered on a case-by-case basis. I reserve the right to reject any commission for any reason.- I retain the right to display all commissioned work on any personal website or gallery. If the commissioned work is a time-sensitive gift the I can delay public showcase at the request of the client.- I retain ALL copyrights to the commissioned artwork, including the right to make prints and merchandise. The client retains all rights to their respective characters. This does not allow them rights to the commissioned image.- The client may not attempt to profit from the artwork beyond the resale of a physical original. The client may not sell the digital files, rights to the image, or mint NFTs.- The client may resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, etc. to be used in non-commercial digital formats, but the client cannot alter the artwork itself. The client may also upload the artwork to their personal website or gallery accompanied by a credit line, and it must not be any high resolution or unwatermarked version of the artwork.Payment Process
- Payments are only accepted in USD through Paypal invoice- Payments must be made in full before any work is started. I am willing to work out payment plans for orders greater than $250- Orders are added to my queue once the initial invoice is sent. Failure to pay the invoice will result in the queue spot being revoked- Refund Policy:
-- If the client cancels before work begins, I will retain 10% of the original payment as a convenience fee.-- If the client cancels during the sketch phase, a 50% refund will be given.-- No refunds will be given if the client cancels during the coloring stage, or after the commission is complete.-- If I cancel the commission, the full original payment will be refunded. I reserve the right to cancel a commission and issue a refund due to poor communication, rude or inappropriate behavior, or unforeseen inability to complete the commission.-- In the event that a client is unreachable by ordinary contact means (email/DMs) for 3 months or more, the I reserve the right to cancel the commission and retain a 10% fee. If the client is unreachable for 6 months or more, a refund will not be issued. The client is welcome to receive credit valid toward another commission at my current rate. If the client is unreachable for 1 year or more, then the payment is void.Working Process
Clients will receive initial sketches for approval to confirm the pose/expression/major details, and then a second more complete sketch if necessary. After this, another update will be provided to approve flat colors & lineart. This is the last stage that can have major changes.Once I send the final version, changes can only be made to minor details - major changes after this point will be treated as a separate commission and must go back through my queue.I reserve the right to reject any edit that pertains to artistic skill or style preference (i.e. anatomy, coloring style, etc.) or if said edit reduces the artistic quality of the piecePriority Commissions
The client can order a priority commission to move an order to the front of the queue. This also applies to orders that require a quick turnaround/short deadline.
Priority commissions are up to 70% of the base price, and are accepted at my discretion.

Adoptables addendum

These terms are an addendum to my Commission Terms, to be used when the client is purchasing an Adoptable Design from me. These terms do not apply to traded designs.- The client may edit Adopted Designs in any way, including changing it into different species. This does not include editing the original image.- Closed Species Designs may have different terms regarding their ability to be edited, resold, and traded; the client is encouraged to check the Closed Species' rules.- The client is granted Personal Rights to the Adopted Design, with the exception of Closed Species Designs. This does not include rights to the original image.- These terms are an addition to the Commission Terms. These terms only apply in regards to Adopted Designs and are not a replacement for the Commission Terms.
